Our aim as a church family is to love Jesus Christ with all of our hearts and our desire is to become more like Him. The Gospel message of Jesus Christ is the central message of our church family. We look to the Bible because it is God’s Word and it gives us the clearest picture of who Jesus is.
Our Beliefs
Our primary desire is to love Christ as the greatest treasure of our lives and to become more like Him. The Bible is the sufficient, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God and it is foundational to the life of the Church. The Bible is God’s means to give us the clearest picture of Christ, so we minister the Bible as a Church Family.
Our History
Evergreen Baptist Church began in East Los Angeles in 1925. The Lord moved us in 1987 to the City of Rosemead. In 1997, Evergreen SGV was born from the vision that God gave the leadership to start a new work.
